I just got my range hood, the contractor will install it on Monday 12/1, so far it looks sturdy and PROFESSIONAL as I want it to look in my home kitchen. Great quality, easy to install... my only complaint is that the flex hose they provided cannot be attached directly to the vent because there is a backflowdraft damper that is not able to open and close with the flex hose compressed... you need to definitely use at least 6 piece of straight metal ductwork first, then attach the flex hose.... but the product is very well made otherwise!.
