Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4-quart au gratin, casserole, sauté, or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-ply stainless steel construction throughout the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The rack is big enough for a turkey and perfect for a roast. This pan comes with its own stainless steel rack with large easy-grip handles. It fits into any standard oven and it is stovetop and induction safe, which means gravies and sauces can be made from the drippings right in the pan!

The pan was quality although the advertisement says 21" it is 16" .The lady that helped me was very good and I would order from them again because customer service was great but the advertisement should read what the actual size is. Anonymous. Sun Dec 28 2025
