Everything perfect. Shopping was easy, lowest price, Quick shipping. It doesn't get any better than that. This is our second unit. We had one on the front door and loved it. I bought this for the back door. Many reviewers were disappointed that it didn't have a key lock in case the battery failed. Well, that is intentional to stop people from entering with a bump key. I figured that it was very unlikely for two locks to have battery failures at the same time so I was safe installing this one. But to my surprise, they have improved it by giving you jump battery pins that will allow you to operate the lock even when the battery is dead by using a 9 V battery in your hand and holding it up to the pins.
