The item I purchased is bright chrome. I have double front doors. Needed a dummy set which includes an inactive lever for the interior and exterior , inactive key and dummy plate for exterior and interior. The Schlage product itself is heavy, solid and good quality. However Wayfair sent me the wrong parts repeatedly. I spent at least 30 minutes each time trying to explain very clearly the exact parts I needed. They kept sending the same wrong part. In the middle of the discussion I would suddenly be assigned someone else and would have to start explaining all over. Super frustrating. Finally after the second round of receiving the wrong replacement part I was told the dummy plate was not available. To top it off they took so long to straighten this out that my front door was repainted and I had to put the old set back on which will probably leave marks on the new paint.
