This chair is well constructed and very comfortable, with good lumbar support. It was very well packaged for safe shipping. I am 5’3” and the chair did not raise high enough for me to use my laptop in an ergonomically correct and comfortable way. My husband created a 1.5” block and placed that between the seat and the mount, and then bought longer screws to connect so that the chair height is raised.
