Sectional is great. Beautifully made and proportions are perfect, deep enough to settle in but not so deep that you can't lean back and feel supported. Cushions are firm (pretty sure that's common with outdoor cushions). Hoping they soften up a little over time. Shipping was well coordinated with my schedule. Communication from Madbury Road was incredible....personal call and email from Brady! He was so helpful in answering questions about the product (which comes prefinished). As for the chairs/ottoman... I like (not love) them. The back of the chairs is super low, you absolutely can NOT lean your head back at all... it comes to your mid back. I was looking for something cozy, that you could almost cuddle up in and read a book. The cushions should do well outside but they are VERY hard and not super comfortable. The ottoman cushion does not have any type of ties or velcro to keep it in place on the ottoman (the chairs do have these features).
