As for the chairs/ottoman... I like (not love) them. The back of the chairs is super low, you absolutely can NOT lean your head back at all... it comes to your mid back. I was looking for something cozy, that you could almost cuddle up in and read a book. The cushions should do well outside but they are VERY hard and not super comfortable. The ottoman cushion does not have any type of ties or velcro to keep it in place on the ottoman (the chairs do have these features). The Bali sectional sofa is beautiful and comfortable, but I am removing a star because its construction is flawed in the way the back rest is connected to the seat… it is definitely not strong enough and in fact the extra chair we purchased arrived with the back rest loose and we had to return it. So we will have to be careful not to move around the chairs by grabbing them by their back rest, and with use, we will probably have to reinforce the joints.. Marcela. US. Mon Jan 08 2024
