Sectional is great. Beautifully made and proportions are perfect, deep enough to settle in but not so deep that you can't lean back and feel supported. Cushions are firm (pretty sure that's common with outdoor cushions). Hoping they soften up a little over time. Shipping was well coordinated with my schedule. Communication from Madbury Road was incredible....personal call and email from Brady! He was so helpful in answering questions about the product (which comes prefinished). Looking forward to placing this on my new deck this Summer. Thanks!
