True test of a company's services level is when things do not go as planned. After seeing the product, we decided to return. Scheduled a pick for return, nobody showed up without an explanation or email.
Called to find out why, but my call was bounced among customer services, delivery services, and some other ancillary department for an hour without anyone asking or telling us how to solved the problem. Please solve the return service issue.
