The Contrast collection from Kosta Boda is manufactured using a technique called centrifugation. The method, invented in Sweden's Kingdom of Crystal in the 1950s, creates veils of color inside the glass mass. In combination with the color powder and sticks added during the process, each piece becomes unique. The large blue/blue dish is perfect as serveware, or for fruits and other visual displays—design by Anna Ehrner.

The large 13.8 inches oval serving dish in the Rhombe Color series is now available in dark blue, and the medium 11.02 inches serving dish is available in blue. The blue colors are cool and inviting, sharpening the senses and presenting food beautifully and surprisingly.
