Installed this as a part of my bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. It allows me to have a over the head rainshower shower head without having to have to relocate my plumbing into my ceiling. I did have to redo some plumbing to get the shower spout to the correct height for install. The rail attaches to the shower plumbing at the upper bracket, the lower bracket is merely for support. There is a built-in hand-held shower diverter, so you will need to consider the right sized shower hose and hand held shower head. Pros: High-end contemporary design. Solid build.
