This desk features a beautifully detailed open base paired with a distinctive curved top, creating an elegant yet lightweight presence. Ideal for open spaces such as a bedroom, it adds character without overwhelming the room. Crafted from Rosa Morada, a premium hardwood from Mexico, the desk offers both durability and refined craftsmanship. Adjustable gliders ensure stability on any type of flooring.

Very expensive desk/ took FOREVER to get in. Quality is mediocre. Had many cracks in the wood and splits beyond the “distressed look” described. Also had a moldy looking dust. The drawer was a different color than the desk and brass was gold not aged bronze as shown. Definitely looks like an inexpensive important from Mexico- as apposed to a high- end solid wood desk. Not work $3000 although Wayfair did the right thing and compensated to have the desk repair. Overall would not recommend for the price Again- love Wayfair for ease and time but quality control feels like the products are @seconds” and shipping is almost always an issue. S. AL. With a rustic equestrian flavor, The Tynecastle Writing Desk has a crisscrossed beam-like base reminiscent of rafters in a barn, elevated by chunky feet. Crafted of Poplar Solids and Figured Alder Veneers, the desk is finished in a warm chestnut color. A center drawer with a drop-front allows for keyboard use. Two utility drawers with 3 slots and 2 removable dividers in each drawer. One writing slide and one pencil tray for use in either drawer. Named for the Tynecastle area of Northern England, the 50-piece Tynecastle collection is inspired by the manor homes and equestrian life of the English countryside. Tynecastle combines classic Georgian architectural details with more rustic timber-frame elements and leather accents, creating a ''manor home to tack room'' Hunt Country flavor.

Beautiful deck. Very happy with the beauty and quality. Sandra. Scottsdale, AZ. Mon Jan 16 2023

Bring a piece of the past to your office, den, or living room with this vintage-inspired writing desk. It's made of solid wood with resin components and leather panels. This desk features a crescent shape with ribbed edges and a weathered finish that gives it an heirloom feel. Four curved legs have botanical details and are conjoined by a ribbed base stretcher. A curved top features three panels of gold tooled leather for a striking work surface atop five functional drawers with ring drawer pulls. We love that this desk has plenty of storage for your stationery, pens, and letter-writing supplies.

Packaging disposal was a real pain. Desk and delivery were great.. Angela. Gulf Breeze, FL. Sat Jul 22 2023

Made of wood and hardwood. Unique zebra wood veneer. Dark walnut color stain. Finished with lacquer and a hand-rubbed wax finish. One oversized pencil drawer. Easy assembly is required.

Stunningly beautiful brings an immediate response of “wow”!. Michael. Tampa, FL. Sat Aug 05 2023

Functional as it is glamorous, the writing desk features sophisticated gold leaf accents and clean contemporary lines. It has three full extension drawers, including a pencil tray in the right drawer and a drop-front keyboard drawer in the center with an ergonomic palm rest.

Gorgeous. Love the sculptural quality. The finish seems a bit sensitive to easily scratching so it's best suited for light use. If you want it to stay pristine I'd recommend adding a glass top...but who wants to add that to this beautiful desk?. Jeanne. Portland, OR. Thu Aug 19 2021
