The desk is very pretty, unfortunately mine arrived damaged. With Covid there isn't any white glove delivery, they just leave the whole box for you to unpack so once we unpacked it we realized that the middle drawer was broken and one side had not been installed correctly. My husband was able to sand and sledghammer the side into place and we glued the middle drawer as the hassle of waiting for another one and then moving it upstairs again knowing we'd have to do it all was not worth it. It's very heavy. I did receive a discount for the hassle, but honetsly I'd wait til Covid was over to order any furniture just to ensure it isn't damaged, this is my 2nd piece of damaged furniture in the "contactless delivery" covid place we are.

Gorgeous. Love the sculptural quality. The finish seems a bit sensitive to easily scratching so it's best suited for light use. If you want it to stay pristine I'd recommend adding a glass top...but who wants to add that to this beautiful desk?
