Massena gives designer treatment to industrial lighting. We contrast the metal shade’s smooth dome with the collar’s strong details. Cutout vents cast upward light and reveal a pristine porcelain lamp socket. Massena’s interior is fully finished in white gloss to amplify downlight, while an etched glass diffuser, secured by diamond-knurled thumbscrews, softens shadows and shield eyes from glare.

These pendants are gorgeous! I ordered three of them over our island in brushed nickel and receive compliments on them all of the time. The only issue I have with them is changing out the bulb. I learned the hard way that you do not need to unscrew the entire bottom to replace the bulb. The base can be twisted and lifted up. Other than that, they are beautiful and functional.. Bonnie.
