Specific aspects of colors and designs have been incorporated in this high-quality collection of timeless classic oriental designs, hand-knotted in India. The wool used, is a mixture of Mongolian and New Zealand wool. These lustrous wools come from sheep’s wool with a high content of lanolin. This improves the resiliency and therefore the quality of the carpet. The knotting system used is the oriental sense knot. This collection has a high knot count of 190-200 knots per square inch. The results are a sharpness of design seen in the intricate patterns, combined with an overall look of quality.
