Kontur is a wood rod wrapped in a high density laminate with an aluminum channel inserted to provide a high efficiency traverse system. The laminate prevents the wood from warping and is scratch resistant, as well as dye lot consistent. You can now order multiple rods and they will all be the same color! Kontur has a modern look but is so refined in appearance; it will still be fashionable for years to come.

These rods are really nice and look great. The 4 rather than a 5 is because the the finial is part of the track so the draperies don't stop at the end of the rod but go all the way to the end of the finial.
