Great teak bench for my garden!. Misty. CO. Mon Jun 05 2017

This curved back of this bench offers more relaxed seating. Very simple and stylish design, perfect for sitting in your garden, patio or porch. It also would work great as extra seating for outdoor entertaining or dining. Also don't forget to pick up a cushion for this bench.

I received this bench on June 3, 2023. My husband and I worked together to construct it. I was very disappointed to find in the instructions that it is to be constructed with small dowel pegs. No screws are included. The instructions tell u that if a dowel breaks off while u are using a rubber mallet to hammer it in then u need to use a 1/8 drill bit to drill that one out and insert another one. I would have rather the manufacturer design this bench with screws as part of the construction which would have provided more strength and stability. However, we decided to give it a try and we began to construct it. Several dowels broke and I had to do as the instructions noted. It seems to be fairly tight together at this point but I will be monitoring it as time goes by. I applied a coat of Teak Oil to it and it brings out the beautiful grains and color. It will take a few days to dry and be ready for use but it is worth the time. I love the design and style of this bench.. Barbara N. Slidell, LA. Sun Jun 04 2023

The bench arrived unassembled, but assembly took less than 30 minutes. Bench is sturdy, currently sitting on my front porch. Happy with my purchase.. Jodi. Overland Park, KS. Sat May 16 2026

Not the best instructions and the wood glue was completely dried out, but still a pretty intuitive build and I had gorilla glue. Great quality and perfect addition to my front porch.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 29 2024

This Chelsea 2-Seater Bench is the perfect teak outdoor bench for the patio or yard that will never go out of style, but quietly blends with any décor or area. Featuring contoured seating and curved back support, we have made subtle but careful design changes to ensure an excellent and comfortable seating experience. Place a single bench under a tree, or use a group of benches and chairs for a complete outdoor collection. Over time, the wood will weather to a beautiful silver gray patina or occasionally scrub down with soap and water to keep in pristine condition. Made from genuine grade teak, it is sanded smooth without any finish in its natural form and color.
