My Passion for mid-century design has informed all aspects of my work and the products that have evolved. From our ready to wear, handbags and accessories to watches, jewellery, stationery, homeware and home textiles. The references are subtle but integral to our house style. Often perceived as retro, we reinvent and aspire to newnesss, my colour palette evolving to build modern on modernism! Drawing , refining and simplifying organic elements into perfect motifsthat are then repeated to build rhythmic patterns for everyday applications.

The collection is hand tufted and made in India. The pile material is pure new wool, the backing is made of cotton and latex. The pile height is 12 mm, the total height is 17 mm. The pile weight is 2500 gr/sqm, the total weight is 4500 gr/sqm.

Maija Isola's Isot Kivet (stones) design builds on circles cut with scissors. The pattern was most likely inspired by the big rough-edged stones that were manually cleared from the designer's atelier home's grounds.
