I'm giving the chair a 4 out of five only because it's new and I had to put it together.it is really pretty and sturdy but the wood pegs didn't all work. It too about twenty minutes to put together.. Katharine. Bethlehem, CT. Wed Mar 08 2017

The premium-quality teak chair features slim, refined slats and gentle, classic contours for comfort. Each piece adds a little elegance to your outdoor dining and entertaining experience. The chair is made of quality teak that stays virtually impervious to rotting, splitting and buckling throughout decades of exposure to the elements, making it a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. Individually crafted with mortise-and-tenon joints, one of the oldest and strongest methods of joinery, it will endure through the seasons.

The chairs are great! Nice and wide seat…sturdy…and (hopefully) authentic, pure teak that will sustain weather. Time will tell. My lower rating is regarding the delivery. They left tape on the chairs, which looks old and has become brittle. It will be difficult to remove with the adhesive stains. Any tips?. Benjamin. Peachtree City, GA. Sun Jun 07 2026

Ordered two chairs. One came splintered and cracked. From the way it was packed, it looks like a return, as the other chair was packed differently in the box. Submitted for a Wayfair replacement but it returned a "error has occured" so who knows if I'll get a replacement? Also noticed that the nameplate of the manufacturer was applied crooked--looks pretty goofy.. Paul. Alameda, CA. Mon Jun 28 2021
