Ordered two chairs. One came splintered and cracked. From the way it was packed, it looks like a return, as the other chair was packed differently in the box. Submitted for a Wayfair replacement but it returned a "error has occured" so who knows if I'll get a replacement? Also noticed that the nameplate of the manufacturer was applied crooked--looks pretty goofy.
