The towel bars themselves are very sturdy and well made. I've deducted a star for two reasons:
1) the mounting template covers 18" and 24" inch towel bars, but not the 32.5" ones
2) the hex wrench included with the mounting kit is not the correct size, it is too small. A 5/64ths hex wrench works fine though, you just need have one handy.. Anonymous. Portland, OR. Sun Feb 16 2020
