This is a beautiful rug we purchased in June 2014 for use outdoors. It was billed as an indoor/outdoor rug and we kept it on our patio, under a dining table and umbrella. After one summer of use the rug is completely faded and we can't use it again. For $1200+ and a brand like Ralph Lauren, I expect much much more. I would rate this rug 4.5 stars. Nice for the price. A little shabby and flat in areas. I love that it is made of wool and not plastic. Do vacuum it when you receive it, we filled our vacuum canister with fuzz.There is no strange odor and there is no rubber backing, which I like. We are using it with a rug pad underneathk. Monica.
