I’m not fully sold on this shade of blue-it’s rather a murky grey-blue color, nothing vibrant or perky. The rug is well made and it’s also very thick. I need a much thinner pad than what I anticipated. Using it in front of a slider that has high traffic and think it will hold up well with the wool content. But aesthetically, it’s just a rug.. It was actually damp to the touch. We had to pay both times to have the very heavy rug brought up and took apart our bed frame twice to put it under.All in all a very bad experience. The Hamilton hand loomed rug is gorgeous! I love it! We received the 9 x 12 which is slightly smaller (by maybe an inch on the 12 foot end but very close). The natural color and soft design will coordinate with many different styles (modern, coastal, cottage, etc.). This room is done in neutrals, mainly beige, griege, and gray with white and black accents. I enjoy layering my rugs so you will see the Hamilton rug layered beneath the gray rug it currently 'frames'. I am including a picture of it by itself (unlayered) as well so you can get a good idea of color and pattern.
