Inspired by Chihuly's artwork, River Shell presents a focal circular motif, evocative of the whirling motion of water. Handknotted in a blend of Tibetan wool and silk, this design translates Chihuly's repetitive rings of molten glass.

Juxtaposing raw and refined, feminine and masculine, classic and contemporary, the play of opposites is greatly echoed in Wearstler's new designs. Organic and abstract, the Channels design represents Kelly Wearstler's interest in street art and expressive graphic design. The rug transforms hand-painted brushstrokes into striking metallic silk stripes on a Tibetan wool background. The intentionally casual edging of the lines captures the freehand nature of the artwork.
