Thick, twisted wool strands in a soft cream form a deep, chunky shag surface. This rug is hand-woven from wool at a 4-inch pile height, giving it a deep, cushioned feel. Each rug is handmade over about 4 months, so slight variations in shade and detail are part of its character. A canvas and cotton backing helps the rug stay stable on the floor. Wool sheds lightly at first; shake out gently and spot clean spills promptly.
