This area rug has a homey herringbone pattern that is created using an alternating color pattern of neutral-colored fibers. It's handmade in India by expert weavers from a blend of sustainable jute and sisal fibers. The medium 0.75" pile height offers a bit of cushioning underfoot while still holding up to areas with higher foot traffic. Cotton canvas backing helps prevent curling, but we also recommend you pair this area rug with a non-skid pad to keep this rug in place, especially on smooth services.

I have not use it. Quality is good but the backing had issues in which customer service quickly resolved.. Sheila Evette. Havre De Grace, MD. Mon Oct 20 2025

A chunky, ropey weave of thickly twisted undyed jute packs color and texture variations into an oversize tweedy herringbone. Traditional in Celtic wool tweeds, Roman highways, North American Indian basketry, and Ancient Egyptian textiles, the chevron is a motif that unites us through the ages and is never out of style.

Kelly. Edisto Island, SC. Sat Jun 17 2023

This indoor area rug features a classic chevron pattern in a subtle blue and beige colorway that works with various décor styles. It's hand-tufted from stain-resistant wool that is naturally durable. What's more, its 0.35" pile height means it won't impede doors from closing – and it also looks great on top of wall-to-wall carpeting (we love a layered look!) We recommend fitting a rug pad underneath to keep it from slipping and sliding around. Subtle yet sophisticated, the Charles rug in blue brings a fresh perspective to a timeless herringbone pattern, complete with a crisp modern finish. The cool-toned palette of soft ivory and denim-inspired blue adds depth without overwhelming, making it a versatile foundation for modern, coastal, or transitional spaces. Hand tufted from 100% wool with a durable cotton/latex backing, this rug offers both style and function—naturally stain-resistant and long-lasting. The fine chevron weave delivers quiet texture, adding interest while maintaining a serene, minimal feel. Whether anchoring a bedroom or refreshing a living space, this rug balances classic design with contemporary ease.

LOVE this rug! Admittedly am obsessed with herringbone, and also a textured “braided” rug. My dogs have been laying and nesting on this thing for the past few weeks and no snags yet, so definitely woven well. It doesn’t have a nonslip backing but given my space, I don’t need it (and personal preference is no to rug pads).. Jennifer. US. Fri Oct 25 2024
