I ordered this rug in two sizes for my hallway. It is terrific! I have been looking for years for something to go with a Persian tribal hallway runner in dark red tones with black. This is a gorgeous color—deep wine—that goes perfectly. The quality is excellent and there is not that cheap looking binding around the edges. Highly recommend!. Carol. Yountville, CA. Inspired by the tranquil essence of coastal waters, this rug features soft washes of coastal blue, driftwood gray, and ivory. The painterly effect creates a serene, misty aesthetic, making it an elegant foundation for any interior.

This rug is gorgeous. Very soft, feels luxurious, and colors are true to the picture. It is a nice cream, blue with shades of dark brown and gray. Great for a living/family room or dining room.. Katrina. North Potomac, MD. Thu Sep 17 2026

Where calm meets craft, this beautifully composed collection finds its strength in pure simplicity. Each rug is woven in a distinctive hand-loom construction using premium wool yarns, producing a surface of remarkable tactile richness — subtle horizontal striations catch and diffuse light across the pile, creating a quietly alive, ever-shifting ground. Grounded in nature-inspired hues and refined in execution, these pieces bring an atmosphere of effortless ease to any interior they grace.

Subtle tone-on-tone stripes give the collection a depth and sophistication all its own. These rugs can pull the disparate elements of a room into a beautifully cohesive whole; they can also introduce an unexpected but welcome jolt of color into an otherwise neutral space. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, they will stand up to heavy traffic for years while maintaining their elegance.

Cute little rug. Received well wrapped. Once unrolled the ends did not lay down at all. I had to get rug tape to make it lay completely flat so might have to consider that added expense. Now that the ends are taped it looks pretty good but or ably should have went up a size.. Dawnell. Lancaster, PA. Wed May 13 2026

This hand-loomed wool rug embodies refined simplicity with its soft tone-on-tone texture and understated linear pattern. Meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, it showcases the natural beauty of hand-spun wool through a subtle play of depth and dimension. The minimalist design lends itself perfectly to modern, Scandinavian, and transitional spaces alike. Durable yet elegant, this rug provides a serene foundation that enhances any room with warmth and quiet sophistication.

The Hamilton hand loomed rug is gorgeous! I love it! We received the 9 x 12 which is slightly smaller (by maybe an inch on the 12 foot end but very close). The natural color and soft design will coordinate with many different styles (modern, coastal, cottage, etc.). This room is done in neutrals, mainly beige, griege, and gray with white and black accents. I enjoy layering my rugs so you will see the Hamilton rug layered beneath the gray rug it currently 'frames'. I am including a picture of it by itself (unlayered) as well so you can get a good idea of color and pattern. This is a very nice wool rug and I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this beautiful neutral wool rug!. Rachel. NM. Tue May 05 2026

A contemporary loop-and-pile area rug, handmade using premium wool and viscose. Various multi-level motifs provide texture and visual interest to this handsome modern design

Description says "gray" rug, but the picture looks more minty/teale color and that's exactly what it is. There is some gray in it, but on the floor it is definitely minty/teale. That's what I was hoping for so I'm happy. If you want gray, this isn't it. It is on the thin side and definitely needs a pad which we also had, but it lays down beautifully and is soft to the touch -- very very pretty.. Ginger. Lakewood, CO. Wed Jun 28 2017

Stunning and super transitional. Dimensions spot on and what I wanted, feels so nice underfoot. It has the prettiest slightest sheen.. Katherine. Bronxville, NY. Sat Nov 01 2025

Dramatic and unapologetically bold, this striking abstract design channels the raw energy of gestural brushwork translated into textile. Sweeping ivory forms cut through a deep charcoal ground in a composition that feels both spontaneous and intentional — like a painter's canvas rendered underfoot. Handcrafted on a hand-loom in a refined blend of wool and viscose, the construction delivers a plush, resilient pile with a subtle luminosity that brings the high-contrast design to life.

Quiet sophistication defines this coolly elegant abstract design, where fractured ivory forms drift across a layered slate and warm gray ground. The composition feels wonderfully organic — like peeling plaster or weathered stone — giving the piece an artful, collected quality that speaks to discerning interiors. Woven on a hand-loom in a premium blend of wool and viscose, the surface achieves a refined textural depth with a gentle luster that keeps the cool palette feeling alive and dimensional.

Evoking the texture of aged urban walls and weathered fresco, this richly layered abstract design blends steely blue, warm taupe, and ivory in a composition of remarkable depth and character. The irregular vertical and horizontal forms overlap and dissolve into one another, creating a sense of movement and spontaneity that rewards a second look. Handcrafted on a hand-loom using a premium wool and viscose blend, the pile is beautifully substantial — grounded and plush underfoot, with a quiet sheen that enhances every tonal nuance.

Fresh, spirited, and above all, luxurious, the rugs of the modern collection can invigorate a traditional room as gracefully as they can ground a more contemporary space. Regardless of their color and style, there is just one thing about these rugs that are not modern: Each is painstakingly handcrafted by artisans using time-honored techniques.

I love the feel of this rug and the design of the pile. The color from the website looked to be slightly grey and unpacking it, it looks more blue. Well made.. Erin. Redway, CA. Wed Sep 02 2026

A harmonious blend of muted beige, terracotta, and cream gives this rug an earthy sophistication. The warm undertones and subtle distressing mimic the sun-kissed beauty of natural sandstone, adding a timeless touch to any space.

A delicate fusion of silver, ivory, and warm taupe gives this rug a refined, ethereal quality. The soft tonal variations create an elegant, textured effect that seamlessly blends with any décor, adding a touch of understated luxury.

As an architect with very selective clients, buying furnishings online where color is critical is a risk. In this case, we did buy the sample so was able to approve the selection. The rug is gorgeous- really- luxurious with an interesting organic design which ties all of the elements of the room together. This client likes a more monochromatic palate so for me, this offers a lot of interest while working with the dark furniture and upholstery and drapery fabrics.. Steven. Thu Jul 16 2026
