LOVE this rug! Admittedly am obsessed with herringbone, and also a textured “braided” rug. My dogs have been laying and nesting on this thing for the past few weeks and no snags yet, so definitely woven well. It doesn’t have a nonslip backing but given my space, I don’t need it (and personal preference is no to rug pads).

The rug was too thick for our room. The pattern wasn’t a true herringbone. If you are looking for a thick rug this one would work

Arrived smelling like it had been dip in a vat of death , old milk, grandmas cellar, and an open wound during war time. I only opened a two inch hole to start the opening process and I fell back and hit the wall due to the pungent blow of carcass rot hit me directly in the face. Rug is from India.
