The rug arrived quickly and securely wrapped, I enrolled it and then rerolled it opposite direction to flatten it out. I removed the label tag on the back and it's now reversible! Either side looks exactly the same which is great, giving a longer use cycle in my opinion. It does slide around unless my dogs run across it then all bets are off. It is soft on my feet, and it soft muted natural colors. You could use as a layering piece as well over or under another matt if you wished.
