Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.

The rare weaves: The Kazak collection draws inspiration from antique patterns. This collection is a nod to the history of Caucasian Armenian carpet weaving. Each rug is hand-made using the nomadic style wool warp and wept foundation of high-quality Armenian wool. The Kazak designs hail from the western region of Armenia. Each rug is one-of-a-kind and made outside of Yerevan, Armenia. A double star motif Armenian Kazak weave wool rug in ivory, light and dark blue, and brick red. This rug was hand-knotted of 100% Armenian wool using our Kazak weave which has a pile height of around a third of an inch. The double star symbol is used to express happiness and fertility.
