The Rug Company Vara Alabaster

Alabaster reflects classical sculpture's enduring influence. Woven with gentle irregularity, Vara combines cool silk with warm, matte wool to create a balanced, tactile contrast. Handloomed by our artisans, the design imparts a grounding influence to any space.

Additional Features

Features: Prized for its softness, luminous sheen, and strength, silk features prism-like fibers that reflect light and enhance color, making it ideal for low-traffic areas or as a radiant accent. Naturally resilient, stain-resistant, and breathable, wool offers lasting comfort, softness, and durability, making it the timeless gold standard for sustainable, high-performance rugs.
Care: Trim loose fibers, don’t pull. Professional cleaning recommended. Avoid hard bristle vacuum heads.
The Rug Company is proud to support GoodWeave, an organization dedicated to improving working conditions for individuals across the globe.
