Fantastic quality, plush feel. Color is misrepresented in photo. I never expect color to be an exact match, but this wasn’t close. It still works for me, fortunately, but I’d say the color leans avocado rather than the pale sage I see in the photos. Slightly disappointing.

Product Care

Turn a rug from time to time so that at least any fade is even. Vacuum a rug often at first until the fluffing ceases, If you are able to control the power of your vacuum cleaner, ensure that it is not at the most powerful setting. Do not use a cleaner head with teeth as this will damage the rug. Treating everyday stains and spillages by mopping up the area and using a solution of soft soap in warm water if required. Accidents do happen and if you experience a serious spillage please call your nearest showroom for recommended cleaners and advice.

Yarn prepared by hand is not completely uniform in color or thickness. When this yarn is dyed it does not take the color evenly, and these inconsistencies produce a subtle stripe effect in the finished rug, called 'abrash'. This is a desirable feature of handmade rugs, imparting them life and character. Rugs made without abrash appear flat and look machine-made.
New rugs can shed a bit of fluff, which is created from excess fibers that were not properly incorporated into the yarn during spinning. This is normal, and is not a sign that your rug is falling apart!
Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors as accurately as possible.
Due to the Handmade weaving technique used to make this item, the final dimensions of the rug may slightly vary.
