The rug looks great however it doesn't have a soft or cushion feel like the other oriental rugs I own.

This rug looks pretty and is definitely Teal in color as it looks in many pictures. I have another runner and it is very plush to walk on. It feels soft, thick and cushiony. This runner is definitely not that type of runner. It looks good but it is very flat, has a rough feel like rope fibers and is thin. Not at all comfortable to walk on even with a pad which of course has to be thin. I have wood floors. Pros: Looks good---pretty colorsCons: As listed above. Thin, rough to walk on. Definitely not even close to being called plush.

It's even more beautiful than I expected. Very well made with a low profile. Great for the dining room.
