Nice and thick but impossible to clean because of the depth of the pile. The only way it works, as if I take the attachment off the bottom of the vacuum wand and just use the end to try and suck up the wool that is shedding from the rug.

This rug is so soft and luxe and modern. The color is great and the price makes it an amazing deal especially for wool!

Love this rug! Soft, low shedding for wool, very good quality and look overall.

Literal garbage! Please agree! I should not have to return this on my own dollar for a refund when it is so clearly damaged. What a ridiculous ripoff that would be! Brown stains over 75%, front and back. Bright blue gloves illustrate color difference. It looks like it was watered damaged but it’s dry now. Look at the packaging and see if those look like forklift tongs that poked thru. It must be disposed of! Not returned! It’s 70+ pounds, I’m not shipping this garbage. I want a refund. Contact me. Please.

This is a great rug, thick pile, very soft. To be honest, it will shed for a bit so be prepared to keep up with the vacuuming for a bit but it's a good trade off for a good rug.
