This rug is delightfully plush and arrived quickly. However, the color is quite different from what we expected. The photos led us to believe it would be a vivid royal blue; instead, it's a more muted, dusty blue, closer to a washed denim. It's also noticeably more streaky. I probably would not have purchased had I understood the true color, but we're going to keep it since it still matches our decor well enough. Others should definitely be aware.

The 9' x 12' Hartford blue rug is absolutely stunning. The very expensive wool is tightly woven, doesn't shed, and feels unbelievably soft underfoot. The super saturated blue color is deep, and rich. We used the memory foam rug pad from Perigold too. Best choice ever! l am a total fan of Perigold's luxurious rugs and furniture, and their customer service is phenomenal. Someone always answers, that person is invariably knowledgeable and polite, and she follows through on whatever she says she'll do (I've had three different women assist me). Perigold and Wayfair have customer satisfaction all figured out!!!
