The Hamilton hand loomed rug is gorgeous! I love it! We received the 9 x 12 which is slightly smaller (by maybe an inch on the 12 foot end but very close). The natural color and soft design will coordinate with many different styles (modern, coastal, cottage, etc.). This room is done in neutrals, mainly beige, griege, and gray with white and black accents. I enjoy layering my rugs so you will see the Hamilton rug layered beneath the gray rug it currently 'frames'. I am including a picture of it by itself (unlayered) as well so you can get a good idea of color and pattern. This is a very nice wool rug and I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this beautiful neutral wool rug!

It’s neutral but still has just enough texture and pattern to keep it from feeling flat or boring. It’s really soft underfoot, has a nice subtle dimension to it, and blends perfectly with everything without overpowering the space. Exactly what I wanted for a calm, cozy feel.

I’ll start by saying that this rug is QUALITY. You can tell it’s handmade and every detail is beautiful. However, it is much more grey than beige, and doesn’t exactly look like the photos. It’s also very very scratchy and not comfortable on your feet.

This is a great rug. It’s so plush and soft while also not being too thick. It’s heavy enough to stay in place without needing a liner underneath. My biggest complaint is that it’s not pet friendly. My cat’s claws easily pull at the fibers when he runs around. So, if you have pets I don’t think this would be a good fit.

Incredible rug. Its very soft and thick, and lays beautifully on top of carpeted floors. The texture of this rug is perfect for adding visual interest without disrupting neutral color schemes. There is no backing to this rug, and it did shed quite a bit during the first few weeks. The first pass of the vacuum filled the canister with fibers from the rug. It does eventually stop however, and I find the quality of this product to be well worth the initial maintenance it requires. I very highly recommend this rug for your home, its simply amazing.
