Experience on this rug was terrible. First the rug was on back order, then again on back order. Ultimately took over 3 months to receive and it. I called into customer service and ask that the matter be escalated and never received a call back. I did see they waived the expedite fee I paid, but nothing outside of that. Then when the carpet finally arrived the color was not even close to Charcoal gray, but rather a light blue/silver rug. I normally would have sent it back, but with all the hassle we just kept it. Would love to see something offered for our trouble and the carpet not being close to as described.

The rug is beautiful and is very soft. My only complaint is that it shows footprints (color goes from dark to light) fairly easily. So the rug can have a lot of random shading after stepping on it a lot.

Gorgeous and soft, but unforgiving to water spills

Does not clean well. The material falls apart with very little pressure. I did not want to rate this product but Perigold sent me numerous requests so I figured this was the only way to make their emails stop.

It is of great quality and a beautiful color. The finish is so silky and soft.
