This is a lovely rug, but not at all in the colors shown in the picture or description. In my opinion, it is actually in the burgundy and rosé color family.

I think this is a gorgeous, lush area rug with a subtle abstract, almost organic design. It was darker than what was depicted in the photo, but it works beautifully in my space. Being hand-knotted it is not a perfectly squared rectangle slightly out of square, but that is indicative of hand knotting vs. a machine-made woven wool rug. This was a great price as well! I’d buy it again.
