• Why is pile shedding possible in carpets made with natural raw materials? Natural fibers such as viscose, wool, and silk can vary in length and are sheared for an even finish. Pile shedding occurs when short fibers cannot be sheared out of the carpet, which is inevitable in carpets made with natural materials. Shedding will end with regular vacuum cleanings.
• Stain removal: If a spill occurs, act fast! Use a spoon to remove as much of the excess spillage as quickly as possible.
• Use a clean white cloth to press down on the stain and dab with cold water. Work from the edge of the stain towards the center. Blot, don't rub as rough treatment will damage the fibers.
• Make sure nobody walks on the treated rug surface for at least 24 hours. Never use soap or detergents, which have high chemical substances.
• Due to the difference of monitor colors, some rug colors may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colors as accurately as possible.
