Seriously? This order was a total failure! I received the 1st rug and it was the wrong colors. I sent it back and received the wrong rug AGAIN! And you had the nerve to charge me $50 return shipping fee! Unbelievably bad experience ! And I was a return customer Not happy!

Based on the description and the photograph, as well as the cost, I expected more knots per inch, smaller individual knots and a smoother surface to the rug. I returned the rug and the rug pad.

Very nice quality. I bought a small size to see if the color would work in the room, but it is a little darker than I wanted, but it is serving as a nice kitchen sink mat. If the color had been a little lighter, I would definitely buy the larger size for my family room.

it was a nice quality rug, but the picture did not reflect the color way well. I had reached out to see if there were more photos or if it was possible to get a swatch to reference ahead of purchasing. I think that could have helped avoid shipping a large rug, receiving it and having to ship it back since it was not similar to the photo on your website.

This rug is gorgeous. Delivery was fast and rug was well wrapped
