Rug Size:Rectangle 8' x 10'

The rug is thinner than I thought it would be. I’m also extremely disappointed and angry at the fact that they folded a very expensive rug to be shipped. Why was it not rolled and sent in a roll instead of being folded? Absolutely appalling.
