The rug was a LOT lighter in the photographs, plus it immediately began to get pulls in the surface. Worse, it would NOT come clean, even with a professional shampooer. This was an EXTREMELY expensive area rug and it ended up on the curb outside for trash pickup. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was a terrible and expensive. mistake.
