I could cry…. We have had this rug for one year to the date . Fading, thread bare, shredding and threads sticking up . It’s only my husband and I so can’t be blamed on high traffic. We baby this rug and now after spending 2500 one year later we need a new rug. I’m hoping that I can repurchase or get a full refund. We love this rug and built our entire room around this rug. I’m hoping to work with customer serving on this matter. I thought I was purchasing a high end rug from high end company.

Delivery was on time and the rug is out of this world. I feel like it was custom made for my home. The quality of the rug is like a $7,000 rug the colors are amazing. I need another rug that is similar for my dining room! Thank you Perigold!

BEAUTIFUL,EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!

We have just received our new rug. It really looks great! The color is subdued light rust with very light blue and black elements. Fits the style of our room perfectly.
