I was disappointed with the color variance in the rug. I was so glad to have personal person-to-person contact with a problem solving representative, who offered a solution and then an alternative if I still wasn't totally happy. Great customer service.

Love the look we chose. Fits well in the room and the colors are perfect with the floors, walls, and decor. Noticed when we ordered it, that it never said where it was made. Now when it arrived, it was made in China.

Use a high-quality rug pad under your carpet to reduce surface friction. Vacuum 1-2 times a week for the first few weeks using a low-pressure vacuum cleaner without beater bars.
