Blue color is a lot lighter than the expected dark blue. Didn’t match the counters. It sheds like crazy and has become a daily chore to clean.

While the rug itself seemed well-made, wool and the perfect thickness, it was not even remotely red as advertised. It was salmon or very pale orange. Absolutely not red. Customer service was amazing and expeditiously handled my return/refund. Photos below are up against two red rugs in my home.

The same exact carpet as high end store at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend

Communication about delivery status was accurate and timely. The rug was great and photo online was showing accurate colors. This was my initial order and I’m confident to order again.❤️

Beautiful rug! 100% cotton, so very comfy underfoot. Colors are even more lovely and interesting in person. One caveat: rug was a few inches shorter than 8x 8.
