Hand-knotted in a special blend of Ghazni wool, this pictorial rug is a bold new addition to the Burano Collection—a luxurious new exploration of important classics and period pieces. On the Design:This piece is particularly inspired by mid-century modern pictorial art, namely a 1950s illustration of colorful fishes against an ocean blue field meant to create the look of Americana and folk art charm alike. Admirers of the craft and keen eyes will further appreciate an especially soft, comfortable texture and beauty inherent to the Ghazni wool that underscores this piece. It’s an intentional contribution to a classic for a more contemporary level of comfort, and one of the many beauties that makes this collection a sophisticated, smart new language in design.Custom Capable:All sizes available—inquire for a quote.Custom Projects: The pricing for our rugs is calculated on a per-square-foot basis and applies to the standard sizes noted.
