Hand-knotted in wool and silk, this contemporary Moroccan rug features primitivist berber geometric patterns. On the Design: Connoisseurs may admire the texture in this Moroccan-style piece that is much nicer and more keeping with Moroccan shag pieces, which looks rich and comfortable. This design represents a modern take on the Berber primitivist style, with Berber geometric patterns on a beige field with noteworthy white accents. Keen eyes will admire especially present black, gray, pink, green and gold tones, and the playful sense of movement in the colorway. This play of more archaic tribal patterns with bright, whimsical colors is the soul of this nomadic weaving tradition, never-before seen in this high-end quality for the contemporary luxury home. A gracious carpet with a cultured personality, well suited for a wide array of decor possibilities.
