Handwoven in wool, this 9x12 contemporary Kilim is from an exciting new custom-capable flatweave collection by Rug & Kilim. On the Design:From our beloved “Rez Kilim” collection, a contemporary homage to Turkish and Persian panel-weaving styles, this rug enjoys a play of beige-brown and burgundy stripes in the weft and stitching between the panels (or columns). Admirers of the craft will appreciate the way the fundamentals of a traditional flatweaving style have been reimagined in an almost impressionistic look at geometry, ribbing, and the subtleties of a Kilim. The result yields both a fabulous new look and a more comfortable, durable flatweave body for the modern design; a simple, comfortable choice that recreates the element of personal and intricate beauty of Kilims in new versatile sizes and refreshing colors.Custom Capable:All sizes and colors available—inquire for a quote.
