Hand-knotted in silk, this 10x13 modern abstract rug is a work of contemporary art as much as an art rug, bold yet whimsical featuring subtle painterly patterns, making it a textural piece with subdued beauties. On the Design: This contemporary design is an homage to art via abstract impressionist moods, vibrant colors and painterly sensibilities. Though one of its inherent beauties is the sheer number of colors—more than almost any other design in our collection—a notable beige and green that underscores the similar hues at play. It’s an immersive masterpiece in contemporary art rugs, full of expression, life and movement like that of a watercolor.
