Coming from Turkey circa 1950-1960, this 4' x 4'11 vintage shag rug enjoys a resplendent high pile in magenta, forest green, golden, ink blue, red, back & chocolate brown – all springing from white in the center. The shaggy appearance plays whimsically with the geometric sensibilities of Tulu lineage, further enjoying fine fringes connoting particular craftsmanship of the mid-century era. Thriving in good condition, a hand-knotted wool piece from our antique & vintage collection relishes warmth and exuberance.
