Hand-knotted in wool, this vintage ode to Chinese art deco rugs of the 1920s features flowers flourishing in teal, rich blue & pastel pink in diagonal corners of the inner border highlighting the minimalist approach to design. Subtly representing a garden theme on a plush golden open field with light-dark spots further complementing the lustrous pile of the vision. Framed in a solid deep blue border, an exemplary piece in excellent condition. Among the earliest of Rug & Kilim’s unique productions, originating circa 1980-1990 now unveiled as it enters its vintage tenure.
